Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Zera Creators platform (“Service”) operated by Zera Creators (“Company”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Zera Creators is a creator analytics and scoring platform. The Service collects and analyses publicly available social-media data to generate creator scores, rankings and performance reports. Scores are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute endorsements or guarantees of any creator’s quality or reliability.
3. Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it as necessary.
4. Credits & Payments
- Certain features require credits. Credits can be purchased through the platform and are non-refundable except as required by law.
- Credit balances do not expire but are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service.
- We reserve the right to modify credit pricing with 30 days advance notice.
5. Referral Programme
- Eligible users may earn credits by referring new users via a unique referral link.
- Referral credits are awarded once the referred user completes registration and meets any qualifying criteria specified on the platform.
- Abuse of the referral programme — including self-referrals, fake accounts or automated sign-ups — may result in forfeiture of earned credits and account suspension.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time.
6. Data Collection & Public Information
The Service collects and processes publicly available social-media data. By using the Service you acknowledge that scores and rankings are derived from public information and that we are not responsible for the accuracy of underlying third-party data. If you are a creator and believe your data is being displayed incorrectly, contact us at hello@zeracreators.com.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable law.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically download data from the Service beyond normal use.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Misrepresent scores or rankings generated by the Service in a misleading manner.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and technology comprising the Service are owned by Zera Creators or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any scores, rankings or analytics.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zera Creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused credits are forfeited unless otherwise required by law.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
